Bidet products purchased from Bidet401K may be returned if:
1) It is within 30 days of the purchase date.
2) The product has not been connected to water.
The most common reason bidet seats are returned are because they do not fit the toilet. Please see our fitting guide to see if the bidet seat you are interested in will fit. It is possible to return a bidet seat if it does not fit your toilet as long as it has not been used. If you are still unsure, please contact us and we will help you out!
To return your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will begin the return process. Once the bidet is returned and inspected, a full refund minus the original shipping cost will be issued back to the customer.
